I think it’s a 50/50 because we are thrown into a space that isn’t of our making and where do we return, ? to that space which we have no control over.

Thanks for the positive words, but GUARANTEED you this will do nothing but annoy people like Me (I'm Speaking for Me). Friends and family say things like that because they want you to get over it and don't take you seriously. There are people writing on this site that want to end their Lives, so words will Not take those feelings away. They need Help, not a poem.

Hi. What you say is true but people on here are trying to help in their own way. We don't have all the answers that's why we're here. If everyone got put downs for trying then no-one would bother and we'd be all alone again. I wish you gentle hugs and a calm healthy mind x

IVE been there many times, Ive struggled with depression for 47 years, The post relate to me !! Im not telling anyone what to do ! we are all different ! They are the way I think and it works for me ! Im not in depression anymore, if a post helps one person its worth posting. what is a help to one person ! may be a irritant to another ! we cant please every one ! But I do get good feed back about them, sorry it didnt help, maybe the next one will. WE have no magic wand, but try to help each day ! no ones perfect. Let me know what kind of post would help, your friend Ray.

Like I said I appreciate what you said, and I also was only speaking for MYSELF. Giving my opinion, when you're on a open forum, yes we're not going to always hear something indifferent. Ive yet to read on this site that just reading a saying got them off a Ledge?
