A Million Miles of Changing Scenery

If you could imagine a million miles of changing scenery happening in a snap.

Then the idea of a chemical imbalance in ones mind wouldn't be that hard to grasp.

The shutter, shakes, and seemingly hopeless ways we feel, makes the easiest and most normal things we do so hard to deal.

Add in money, family, and any other pain of the day and it's like adding gas, propane, and grenades to an open flame.

We just want to relax and feel normal for a bit, without feeling broken and embarrassed by our chemically Imbalanced s?$t!

Can our minds please rest for a minute or two? Without having to pop a xanax and some migraine medicine too.

When will it all be better...?

Hi GuitarPlay :) "It will all get better when we can accept that anxiety

is not the problem... It's our response to anxiety that is."
