Numb and Tired

Hi, all. I'm feeling kinda emotionally numb and exhausted right now. I think I might be catching a cold, and that might be part of it. What do you do when you feel numb and physically exhausted?

Hi there. If I'm truly mentally and physically exhausted, I try to quiet my mind and allow myself to get some rest. Sometimes when I'm depressed, I feel tired and want to go to sleep when I'd be better off just keeping going. But if you are getting a cold and feel worn out, you probably want to get some rest.

I think I was catching something, but I loaded up on some vitamin C and have had much more energy the last couple days (or it was the placebo effect, but either way...).
