Anxiety and Panic rearing its head after 25 years

WeAreGonnaFightThis profile image

Lived with this for years, managed and kept it at bay and then WHAM, panic attack after panic attack. It got to the point where now i am worried of having another one and that starts to consume me. Have seen a new Dr for med management and scheduled for a new therapist. Doc increased my 75mg effexor( been on that dose for like 14 years) to 100Mg daily and gave me some xanax to take as needed (which i truly hate). I keep telling me even though i will always live with this, it will NOT define me and i can manage it once again. With help of family, friends, and professionals, we can all get through these tough times.

Hey! You don’t have to learn to live with anxiety. You don’t even have to put up with it. You can be fee from inappropriate anxiety and panic attacks . If you fear their return, you leave the door firmly open for them to return because fear is the root cause or fear of the feelings of fear. The books written by Dr Claire Weekes teach you how to lose your fear of the symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks and any other anxiety related disorder. If you do not fear the symptoms, they stop coming.
