Hi i’m new here ... i joined here because i just want to express how i feel .. i feel so down,worthless,alone and sad.. i feel so empty...i’ve been through alot and it feels like I can’t take it anymore😭😭😭

Thank you .. i just really have no one to talk to .. i don’t have friends anymore and i can’t open it up to my family because they are also one of the reasons why i feel this way ..
