I’m awake, anxious....yet sleepy at the same time. I think I subconsciously want to sleep through this part of my life. Maybe it’s not so subconscious. Most of the day, I look forward to evening and night, because that’s when I’m less anxious. I even look forward to going to sleep. When I’m asleep, I’m not having panic attacks or feeling terrible.
I need to get some stuff done today regarding my move. I move this Thursday, and I still haven’t contacted the utility companies about shutting the utilities off.

Moving can definitely be stressful even if it’s exciting change is change and sometimes it’s hard. I’m a supporter of naps sometimes we just need them especially if we are stressed. As for the things you need to do just focus on one thing at a time. Even if you only get one thing done you’ve made an effort and made progress.
I feel the same way in the morning, it is by far the worst part of the day for me. I usually wake up around 5 and lay in bed until 8 trying to fall back to sleep. sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. just try to take it one thing at a time. I also feel much better at the end of the day. I did manage to not take any ativan this morning so that is something good. your move will be a good thing. If you didn't do it you would have the should've, could've feelings. it will be ok.
I'm on the same 'anxiety schedule' as you, Kat. Sometimes I get a little frustrated when I start feeling well later in the evening because then I don't WANT to go to sleep, but have to. I hope you're able to get a little done towards your move today because accomplishments are important while we're going through what we're going through. Thanks for posting.
