Are you a single parent, or is the other parent still in the picture? Do you have family members or friends who can help you?
Give yourself a break, ok? I think us moms are expected to be supermoms. Umm..no. We are human and we get run down too and that's ok. Give yourself that. It's ok. Can u afford 24 hour help?
