The last two nights I been having trouble sleeping 😴 even when I take my CBD gummy bears. By the time my alarm is going off at 5am I’m struggling to get out of bed and by 11am I’m drained and ready for a nap.
I’m hoping this is not a manic phase starting, I do feel good not low or depressed but I am on edge due to lack of 😴.
So I’m hoping to be able to sleep tonight.
Hope everyone on here is doing well or on the path in doing so.
