Hello again, I have a cane to the realization that it is not me, It is school. I decided to go back to college and finish my degree. Once I made the decision I felt a ball of anxiety siting on my chest. I’m going back full time plus working 30+ hr weeks. I start classes this week and I can see the work load coming my way and I’m already stressed and the ball on my chest tightens. I haven’t had much of an appetite either. Will going back to therapy help ? Or any other methods of dealing with anxiety. I just don’t wanna be feeling anxiety and it stop me from doing what I need to get done.

You are taking on a huge task, I bet you are ampted. This is something you have been wanting to do and you are not the only one who has desired, aspired, wanted. It's a big deal, you are feeling normal. All you can do is focus on work, when your at work. When your at school, school and down time. Homework, sleep and hopefully some time to play
Did you notice that you wrote 'cane' instead of 'came' to the realization... A slap with a cane hurts, it is something to be nervous about etc... The only thing that I can say is that the 'pain' from your heavy workload is time limited, it isn't forever. This is do-able, what an investment in your future, things you will learn and people you will meet along the way. Do your best, eat properly, keep hydrated, get rest when you can and be excited for the adventure ahead.
A way to get your system to calm down is to breathe deeply. It is also helpful to exercise for 30 minutes every day. I hope you can work these into your schedule.
