I suffer from severe anxiety sometimes I feel like I can’t breathe.I don’t drink or do any drugs or take any meds .Does anyone do any exercises to help minimize this breathing feeling if so let me know .

When I get anxious, I change the directions of my thoughts. Neutralize the emotional state I am in. I then gain control of my emotions and turn them into positive ones. Remember anxiety controls us only if we let it. Gaining control of emotions will be a big advantage on controlling yourself from many other angles such as breathing, heart rate, as to remaining calm. Stay strong. 😊

I repeat “ I am going to be ok” over and over and over till my brain can shift to a new thought and I also go to a quiet area
