Recently i have been having a good time hanging out with friends or at school, and then i get thoughts about life and sadness and i cant focus on being happy and i just feel empty. A common thing i have been thinking about is how i am just a background character in everyone's lives. Like I'm not really important to anyone, even my best friend. She still has people she hangs out with but its never me. If i was gone no one would actually care. And when i even think of reaching out i feel sick because having others worry about me (even family) makes me extremely uncomfortable.

You’ve made a good start in reaching out here, well done.
It is difficult to reach out, I think a lot of us find that.
I eventually reached out to my dr, as I needed to feel better.
We each find a way to reach out to someone we feel comfortable to reach out to. I felt more comfortable telling my dr.
Maybe there is someone at school..A school nurse or similar you could tell, if it’s more difficult to tell your family..
You can feel better, once you receive some support for how you feel. ...
You know you can come here too and say how you feel.
