Does anybody find it really hard queuing or standing in one place for long. I feel like I might faint or go crazy. The supermarket is really difficult I feel trapped and want to escape but cannot.

I know of people with this same fear. I heard exposure therapy can be very helpful in conquering it. Good luck!

Yes. On a related note, I hate to be early. You show up early and then.... do what? My mind goes crazy trying to fill the time.

Hi,I came across your post by chance and I noticed that you suffer from several forms of anxiety.

I can relate to that because I have lived with an anxiety disorder and depression for most of my life.

Further to that, I also dislike standing in queues because it makes me feel even more anxious.

It can be difficult when one has an anxiety disorder.

I wish you well.
