As I am laying here on another sleepless night I just started thinking that someone on here might need some encouragement and while I lay here and wonder what I could say to help someone else the only thing that keeps running through my head is being thankful...
Now I don't mean this in the sense of being thankful for what you have but more so just stopping, looking in a mirror and telling yourself "Thank You" ... Thank you for being strong, thank you for never giving up, but most of all thank you for being you!
We should strive each and everyday to improve and just remember to do stuff that your future self can look in the mirror and thank you for! and as always I am here as a shoulder to lean on as helping you helps me so if you are struggling and need someone to talk to you can always reach out to me through chat!
