Tired ocd thoughts help

I’m new here.i have ocd anxiety had it for 30 years ,but I get sooo tired with it I have so little energy. Is this the ocd which is quite bad or something else. I walk now which helps a lot gives me energy but I think it is fighting the intrusive thoughts all the time. By the way not coping too well atm need to go down and get more medication which I had run out off. Probably this is adding to my depression.

I have the same. This is because you have many things not shared. Things which are not properly discussed or taken action on on proper time teases your mind for may be the whole time. For you solution could only be in my view

1) Get a trusted partner whom you can share anything. Not necessarily a gf or wife but may also be male friend but I strongly do not recommend this as best friend of me deceived me and I can no longer trust anyone. May be not my wife in future. I often try talking to God and this so far has not lighten me up.

2) Second, that helped me is antidepressant medicine that makes me feel better or nearly normal and I leave them after a specific time. Now for this time, I am planning one more final cycle (hopefully) once again and upon getting better or nearly normal, I want to realize some passion, hobby or interest so that I can later be busy all time and not teased by these thoughts. That`s the only way I could find.

Are the intrusive thoughts wanting to harm yourself? Think you are right to go back for some more medication. Expect you have had your vitamin levels taken in the past few months especially B12 and iron and ferritin and vitamin D as slight or low levels can upset your mental health leading to depression.
