I'm new here. I'm looking for support and friends like me. I quit my job in May. I wasn't actually working much. Every time I was supposed to go to work, I would come up with a reason not to. I had been on leave for 90 days. Going to work absolutely made me sick, depressed, anxious, just awful. They kind of forced me to quit or get fired.
Now I stay home, wait for the weekend, and go out one day with the hubby.

Consider your needs and ask yourself what you wish to achieve in your Life. You seem lost and you need to move on
You do not explain any reasons for having depression it was just you feel you are not actually achieving what you wish for. You need to talk and your husband may be the person who will listen. However it would seem you are happy at home and having a night out once a week.
If you suffer Anxiety or Depression go and see your GP and explain your concerns.
However I feel you may be bored in the job you were forced to leave.
Hi friend. Welcome to the forum. I’m glad you reached out! I used to have trouble leaving the house but one thing that really helped me get control of my anxiety was going through an anxiety workbook with a Christian counselor. It taught me how to recognize my anxiety when it first came on and how to talk myself down from having a full blown anxiety attack instead of into one. It literally changed my life. I still have some anxiety from time to time but it’s manageable and I go out, work, and for the most part I am at peace. Do you have anyone like that in your life that you can talk to? I will be praying for you, for God’s peace that surpasses all understanding to be yours. You are not alone. Hugs!
