Yup. Same here. The only thing that works is trying to not stress, which is more stressful than the original stress 🤦🏻♀️. Try doing anything to not think about it. Mind over matter, yea? Go for a run, meditate, have your favorite tea... I wish I had the magic answer, but hopefully my response tells you I care. And I'm sorry that you have to deal with the same shit as me.
I have the same thing, it causes tension headaches that are so uncomfortable. I also have really bad knots.
I suggest taking a warm bath with epsom salt, stretching/yoga, meditating, and drinking plenty of water. Hope all is well
Do some stretching and watch your posture!
