When being overwhelmed you must over power it. Know there is nothing to worry about. Even if it is the most simplest of things. Understand some things you don’t have control over nor do they have control over you. Which brings you to a state of comfort. Use the strength you have upon you to go against the negativity. You then will realize there is nothing to worry about, and will move forward from there. 😊
Have you tried mindfulness? I’ve heard it doesn’t work for everyone and does take a bit of time to get used to but I find it helps calm my mind. I also listen to music. On a good day I make playlists for different moods so it’s ready for my bad days.
