I often wonder the same question as you. However, I feel that the crying is

just part of the "mood" swing.

I agree with you. I have had anxiety

and depression for over 26 years. All of this time, I have continued to have

these feelings. Nothing ever changes.

It all revolves arould, how you accept

things....

I don't mind the odd outburst of tears I had one on Saturday it helps.
