yes, this is what i am going to do, at least part of this weekend. Slowing down is very important. Even if you have things to do, just try to do them...but slower, noticing every moment, taking breaks, not as you do things during the week. Makes a huge difference. I want also to catch up on my gym and home exercises ...because i did not do them as i planned during this crazy week. Now is "my time"...for me ...by me.
