its important to catch a break each day from the pressures of mental health.even if its just an hour or so each day take yourself out of that zone and do something that makes you feel good.physical tiredness mental health go hand in hand with depression anxiety your body just feels tired even when not being active.do you like being active that way the body tires natural.

Earlier this afternoon I just couldn’t get myself going. I have a LOT of work to get done this weekend before I begin the gauntlet again, but I just couldn’t reel my thoughts in to where I needed them to be.
I just had a two hour nap when I only wanted to sleep for half an hour. I’m NOT going to guilt myself for it like I might have in the past. My body really needed it. I feel physically groggy, but mentally better now. If I have coffee I’ll never sleep tonight, but maybe a walk will clear the slow out of my limbs.
