ER

Well, I went to the Emergency room like many of you suggested and....I sat there for 4hrs mostly alone. I was only seen a few times by different doctors then the psychiatrist just told me I have to talk to my mom and gave me a list of references and offices to go to so I can try to get further help and possibly meds. But I already knew all of this.....this is what the last therapist told me..... I'm reaching out and I'm not getting anywhere. I'm just constantly getting stopped in my tracks and sent in a circle. So what do you guys say? Because I'm on my last leg and This is too much for me....

Hi- I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience in the ER.

I hope you can find the doctor you will be comfortable talking to.

Please keep posting, I hope you will be encouraged by staying in the forum.

I can't even get out of bed. I didn't even go to class today....I don't think I have anymore strength

I'm sorry to hear this.

I have a friend who is going through depression, she said that getting out of bed is truly a struggle. I'm sorry you feel so weak.
