Looking for Recommendations

Hey everyone,

So I have been having some anxiety about this trip I have to take this coming weekend the reason being, my last attack was on a plane. The one thing that has helped me in the past is mediating. I’m trying to find an app, that’s free but could be low cost, that will allow me to download some stuff to listen to on the plane without any data connection. Btw, this is for iOS. Any help would be much appreciated.
