Before I had an actual acc on here, but I deleted it and wanted to restart. I am dealing with severe depression, I rely on others for happiness, and get sad extremely quickly when I notice other people having a better life.
I also always have hypochondria or health anxiety. I always feel like I'm going to die soon, and that all the symptoms I experience are leading up to my death.

I am sorry that you feel this way. I sympathize with you as I too, am diagnosed with severe depression. Have you discussed this with your doctor? Have you tried counseling or are you on medication? As everyone is different, I don't know what will work with you but for me, I listen to uplifting music, watch funny shows, take a walk, and stay off of social media. Please realize that Facebook and Instagram isn't real. People continually post the best side of their lives on these sites, but that is not the whole picture of their lives. Only a small part. EVERYONE has issues and problems - even if you don't see them. I know it's hard but try not to compare your life with others. The comparison game is a lose-lose situation. You either end up feeling inferior or superior to someone else. Neither is desirable. Instead, think about what you could do to improve your life so that you are happy, and create a plan to accomplish it. Finally, and most importantly, I turn to my Bible to help me remember how precious and loved I am. Please take care of yourself. There is only one you and you are unique, beautiful, and very much loved. God bless.
I feel the same way everyday, every morning when i wake up that's when it hits me hard, but i pray with time and with the help of this group it will get better, so will urs. Just hold on.
