Anxiety, my everlasting friend

I’m tired of letting my anxiety dictate my mood. I choose to let it dictate my life - instead of doing the activities I know help diminish my levels of anxiety, I sulk. I have an amazing boyfriend but that anxious voice in my head always makes me second guess my life choices.

I hope you can accomplish the goals that interest you. It is hard to feel frozen sometimes. Concentrate on the positive, and you will feel better.
