Ativan and xanax

Can I take one one night then the other the next night?

Ya, they’re both benzodiazepines, only the half-life is different. Ativan is very short acting. Xanax is still relative short lasting. They won’t overlap, but why are you alternating them?

I had 3 ativan from emergency and finished them and had 3 Xanax from emergency. I don't like Xanax because it makes me feel loopy like drugged up. Ive been having racing heart and skipped beats so I am supposed to take the benzo to help me sleep through them until my cardiologist appt tomorrow.

Hey Anxious Lady not a Doctor but I would not take two anti anxiety meds It would be good for you to do self exams psychological that is..One you are young rule out heart disease./Do you have sufficient education do the same??

Meditate on something positive in your life/ hey I worked all day Yay Celebrate some idea item of yours something accomplished//Is their an issue in your past that haunts you??Talk about it/With some one you trust/

Hey I took a 1/2 of a Xanax .25 and it made me feel loopy like you are saying... which made me more anxious... is the ativan different?
