I have General anxiety disorder and It symptoms really ruining my life. Especially concentration,I am a laboratory technician and my work needs to be focused all time and I have severe lack of concentration, so I’m making a lot of mistakes that effect work because of bad memories and hard to focus !
They are keeping blaming me for something I can’t control, and I signed warning letter for that.
So I should do??
Is there anything that can fix my lack of concentration??

Mindfulness and meditation. You can begin to heal your mind little by little. Basically your mind keeps wandering off and dissociating. You need to stay in the present moment so you can focus. Are you getting treatment for the trauma?

For me, I recognize when my mind is wandering toward negative thoughts, or I am triggered, and I bring my mind back to this moment in time. I say to myself what I see, smell, touch. I replace the thought with a positive one and breathe deeply and fully during the entire process. My anxiety will usually decrease. If that doesn't work, I do something like drawing which focuses my attention on what I am doing (mindfulness). It is always a reset button for me.
