Waking up already concerned

Today again I woke up already uncomfortable with some symptoms, heart pounding, colds hands and feet, IBS symptoms also..after 3 months without taking escitalopram, getting back is so difficult. 4th day taking only 5mg and feeling bad.

Anyone who stopped and had to return the treatment? To share some info?

I took Escitalopram, and had cut cold turkey once by accident (pills got switched). I experienced extreme vertigo and nausea. It was horrible. Once I did stop Celexa, I started taking Lexapro. The two are very similar. My side effects included dizziness, cold and tingling hands and feet, and headaches. It’s awful, I’m sorry. For me it went away after some time, so as bad as it makes you feel, try sticking it out. Best of luck!
