Teen Depression and Anxiety

I’ve been depressed for quite a while now. I get feelings of happiness for a few seconds every now and then but they vanish very fast. I worry too much about every little thing and I don’t know what to do anymore

Sorry to hear you have been depressed for a while now. Those moments of happiness which come around from time to time, write them down in a journal. As time goes on you will realize how much happiness you have been through.

With those moments of happiness which come upon you, it takes away the depression as to negativity. Letting you feel the happiness and positivity.

Build up those positive moments and for sure those happy moments will expanded. Making you as to your days much brighter. ☀️😊

My anxiety started as a teenager in high school. I use to cut class because i can not deal with the thought of sitting in a classroom. I battle with mild depression but nothing severe and it is mostly from the anxiety. My advice is try and understand that you are going to be ok. Seek therapy and accept the feelings and sensations. I am now an adult and still deal with anxiety but I manage it better most of the time. There is no "one cure" but acceptance and management are a start. You are not alone and we are here if you need to talk!

I am sorry you are going throug this. Depression is a very difficult thing to deal with. Have you tried to talk to anyone about the way you are feeling? Talking to someone always helps me when I am dealing with anxiety or depression. I hope everything gets better.
