Hey there! So, im a college student with anxiety and mild depression. College has been great, but kinda stressful. I’ve gone through tough moments because of that stress.
Not as bad as the stress without it tho.
When I’m studying and constantly doing homework, i keep my mind occupied. The moment i go into vacations without that constant distraction, my mind loses it. The amount of breakdowns i had in the past vacations was shit. Is like nothing is keeping me from spiraling.
What do you guys do? What’s your way to distract yourself and keep your mind quiet?
