Prozac and missed period?

I just started Prozac a couple weeks ago. It’s my first SSRI actually.

I’m just wondering if it’s common for them to mess up your periods?

I’m about a week late. I took a test just to ease my mind and it’s negative so I’m just confused.

Anyone else deal with this?

I was on Prozac 18 years ago but I didn’t have any problems ! I haven’t heard of antidepressants messing with your period but of course I am not a doctor and every person reacts different ! Hope you find answers 😉
