Looking for advice.

For some reason I am in such a dark place. My health is garbage and I can't keep faking that it is all ok. I am embarrassed to talk to my family about how much I hurt physically and emotionally. How do I get out of this dark place? Any help would be appreciated.

The way to get out of this dark place you are in is to be opened to others. Keeping it all to yourself will even make your place darker. You need to inform others. Faking all is ok is draining you as much as your emotions. You need some assistance. To start you need to be opened. Opened to possibilities. Possibilities which can shine light into this darkness and bring hope among you. Be strong and move forward to progress. Be strong and know you can do this all for the better. 😊

I’ve been in and out of that very same dark place for a few months now. The only things that seems to help me is when I eat healthy and force myself to do activities or crafts or self care
