Hello, im new here. This is pretty scary ive never really spoken to anyone about what I've been going through. I suffer with depression and anxiety, have done for a few years now so I thought I'd try talking to someone about it.

Thank you that means alot to me, im hoping ill get strong enough to be able to share my story. At the moment I'm trying to focus on distractions I need to overcome this overwhelming feeling of suffocation.
