Has anyone ever self sabotaged themselves? Like, when things are going too well. You’re too happy so you start thinking sad things or listen to sad songs? Or put yourself in a situation that you know will go wrong?
I think I’m doing that but I can’t really tell if I’m doing it on purpose or not.

Yes, that can be almost a bad habit when you become afraid of the outcome, esp if you grew up in negativity. Keep trying and correct out loud those negative thoughts and don't let yourself give up or sabatage it, the more you see things will work out ok, the more you will expect it and trust everything to be great. Also, taking magnesium and ginseng helps a lot w anxiety. They calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts. They help a lot. Best to you, best for you! =)
