I have complex mental health problems along with physical pain. No anti depressants work for me.

Christmas was quite difficult, although my dog comforted me. new year spent mostly alone and suffered through my deep depression.

I barely get through each day and think of suicide 24/7. People misunderstand me, think I’m lazy and family won’t help.
