Hello everyone. I have been having issues with panic and anxiety since I was 18. It was usually cyclic for me and some times I would go for months or years without any issues. I am now in my mid thirties and have become severely agoraphobic. It is to the point now where I do not leave my house other than to walk to the mailbox.
I am interested in anyone's experiences with agoraphobia. How do you get treatment when you cannot leave the house? How do you support yourself when you cannot leave the house? Any experiences with even getting temporary disability or support to afford online treatment, etc.
Thank you
