My anxiety was so bad xmas day I could not make it to the family dinner at my granddaughters,so I missed seeing my 3 great grandchildren opening their presents and that is something I always have enjoyed.I cried and cried,my husband stayed home with me.I have social anxiety and do not get out much but to not make it a quarter of a mile down the road broke my heart plus none of them have contacted me to see how I am doing,I am feeling really sick.
