High heart rate after eating

Hey all, I’m currently in a bit of a panic because my heart is beating fast. I’ve just been to a restaurant with my husband and had a big 3 course meal (no alcohol). My heart is now thumping at 110 bpm, is this normal? My rhr is usually in the 70’s, goes up to 90’s doing light activities like housework,

60-100 is normal. 110 is slightly high but not much to worry about. Breathe slowly. Hopefully your pulse is down by now. Good luck!
