I wish I could tell people I’m not feeling fine when they ask, the problem is people always expect you to say “I’m fine” and if you say otherwise they get surprised by your answer and don’t know how to react.

I do that too redfox but for those true friends I will express my true current feelings. True friends really want to know but they also know you well enough that they already know what the answer will be.

I hate the word FINE. It’s a catch-all, and people/ family/docs/ totally ignore it when we say it. ( they think, phew, I’m off the hook there). 😡... how would they react if ( just once) we say TOTALLY CRAPPY...🤭🤭...what would happen then?! ( i know.... another isolation)! AND they would never ask you again, ever!! unfortunate !!
