I feel terrible dealing with depression and anxiety for a while trying to beat it on my own but it’s kinda hard. My family doesn’t want to listen and I just need someone to talk to

U can always text the Criss help line 741-741 and people who don’t go through depression or anxiety don’t understand it and is sad but you’re never alone u have this site and is many other sites and You-Tube is great deep breathing exercise and meditation helps please don’t do it alone u see your way is not working I use to do things myself way and made things worser and I use to self medicate for years

I know depression and Anxiety is hard for some to understand that’s why I joined this group to talk to others who understand the struggle and know how hard it can be

Experience is always the best teacher. It's a very hard journey and needs a lot of patience.
