So I have a job interview tomorrow and I took melatonin so I can actually get some sleep tonight. I’m writing here to get the last of my worries out before sleeping. I hope this helps rather than counteracting the melatonin. I’ve had my anxiety kick in after taking it and the effects (of the melatonin) wore off. I’ve been job hunting since I graduated from university. It’s been 6 months already. This position is to work in a hospital and it’s the only job that I really really want. I’m wearing a suit and everything to the interview. I honestly really hope that my anxiety doesn’t kick in before the interview bc I might bail. That’s my biggest fear at this point. Getting this job would allow me to put my foot in the door for a higher medical position. I want to be an RD since I studied nutrition. However, the director of my program told me I wouldn’t make it. By doing this, my resume would look so good and I might have a shot to land an internship. I hope I get this job soooo bad but I’m already getting nervous about my anxiety preventing all of this. On top of everything, I started my womanly AND I feel my stomach starting to twist out of nerves. Last time I interviewed, I couldn’t eat for a whole day. I don’t want to go through that again.
