Buspirone??

So I have a phobia with medication I was proscribed buspirone. I need real thoughts and experiences with this med??? Plz any suggestions anything will help! My anxiety is thru the roof but I’m sitting here having anxiety bout starting it😕

Ann; has had no side effects at all for me, also non addictive. Have been taking them for years off and on. No worries at all bout taking it. Had tried several other anxiety related meds, won’t take them anymore, had side effects w each. Try to relax, go for a walk; avoid things like caffeine Blessings

I've been on that and escatalopram for 3 years. No side effects for the buspirone and very minimal for the escatalopram. Both have worked great but don't stop taking them cuz the crash into depression and anxiety was terrible.
