Everyone is different. Some may love lexapro but others do better on Zoloft. I think just try what you have then if you really don't like it then try lexapro :)

I first started taking lexapro when I was 13 for about a year and didn't really see any noticeable results so I started taking zoloft and it worked very well. They saved my life and I was much happier.

After building up a tolerance to Prozac, my psych. Dr. put me on Zoloft and it worked very well for me for about 10 years until I built up a tolerance to it also. I have had a bad long spell since, trying other med's, became totally depressed and lost 30 lbs and was suicidal, I am now on Viibryd and I feel so well and happy again. I just hope it lasts me for years and years. I say give Zoloft a try, it is a good drug and many people are on it. I wish you well and send you Hugs.......Sprinkle 1...........ooo
