I’ve been having this overwhelming feeling lately about cardiac arrest. You would think with someone with a rapid heartbeat regularly would be a prime candidate for something like that. Please tell me I’m wrong!
I’ve read about it a little, but I shouldn’t even googled anything.
I feel awful and it keeps me up at night thinking about it.

Well I had what they thought was a heart condition called SVT, and I had surgery for it recently, but they didn’t find what they thought they would find. Now I’m sort of at a loss on what it is, I don’t see my doctor again until Monday.
It's your anxiety, nasty beast can make you so aware of anything having to do with our health. Try to remember that when the heart beat seems abnormal, that is if you have had your DR check your heart. If they said it's okay , it's okay. So hard to stop worrying about something, but learning there is nothing to worry about and worry is a totally worthless emotion, doesn't accomplish anything......action about a worry is the thing to do. Still working on what I know and trying to put it into action. Hugs and more hugs
