its normal but it sucks mine do that too i try to find some place in my brain that is quiet
Yeah i have that feeling too. Also not being able to sleep properly. Vicious circle
Tonight was one of those days I could not sleep kept waking up over and over.
I've had 2 hours sleep in the past 48 hours. Keep waking up with a panic attack which makes me scared to go to sleep
