I have started a new book my therapist recommended. I have only completed the first chapter but it so far is really helpful for anyone with health anxiety. It has a lot of exercises to journal about! It's called Overcoming Health Anxiety: letting go of your fear of illness. It's by Katherine Owens and Martin Anthony.
