Has anyone seen the Netflix series Maniac? I’ve watched it for the 2nd time now... I can’t describe how it makes me feel but has helped me a lot with my mental issues.

Yea, it is strange! The second time I watched it made sense.. I’m constantly trying to figure out where my depression and anxiety come from and I think the show helped me with that.

I’m gonna watch it! Thanks for the recommendation. 💕

What is it about?

It’s about mental health. A group participates in a study that’s trying to cure their mental issues and destroy their unbalanced defense mechanisms. It is a drama/comedy. VERY interesting.
