I came across this app on a website and decided to try it. I’m 32. I was diagnosed with ptsd, anxiety, panic disorder, and ocd at 17. About a month ago, my anxiety came back and I’ve been having a very hard time. I’m just looking for support to get better!

I'm new also! I am 32 also and I have been dealing with anxiety for about 10 years. My panic attacks and obsessive thoughts have gotten really out of control recently which is why I decided to try this. I understand what you are feeling...I feel like my boyfriend will leave me eventually because of my anxiety and the pressure it puts on us. I'm here for you.
