I am currently in college. I chose to live at home this year because I was going home way too much, constantly stressed out and wanting to be home. Living at home has really helped, but now midterms are coming up and I have so much work and so much going on all at once. Every time I do my work, I cant stop thinking about all the work I have to do, and I want to just crawl in a hole and not come out. I can't stop tearing up, and I just want to be able to not feel this way. Does anyone have any coping advice?

Being in college a million years ago- I know that it is a stressful time. I am curious though which you do not have to answer- being away at college can also promote growth and concentration on studies yet you chose to go home. Now, you're experiencing a different kind of stress. Good luck on your studies, and hope that you have others you can study with - sometimes that helps. Onward to the finish line.
Hello friend, I'm in college too. I have gone back to school (online) to complete my BA. But, now I have so many responsibilities as an adult: including caring for 3 children under 4, all day long. I always pray before I start my studying or assignments so that I can find motivation, help, and encouragement. Have you tried praying?
I also try to watch what I say so that I can motivate myself to be happy, grateful, and successful. And when I'm facing a challenge, I usually tackle it early so I don't have to worry about it later and end up having tons of homework.
It's such a wonderful privilege to attend college. You're blessed because you're able to live home and have help with other things. I think you're fine. Perhaps, you should take less classes at a time or change your schedule around so that you can focus more. You got this!
