I’m just here to find reasons not to do something stupid. Quite sad honestly, but so is my life.

Just by the fact that you are trying to look for the motivation is great and means you are in control..stay positive as much as possible..take a walk..learn true meditation.practice self love.

That’s good you’re sharing. What are you afraid of doing that’s stupid? If life is sad, it’s important to see someone, maybe get on medication, have a therapist and maybe make some small changes. It could be environment issues or maybe not the right job. I don’t know your story but I’m here for you 🤗

What is it you would like to do or accomplish? You can choose to make changes in your life that will move you toward happiness. Please don't do anything stupid because you were created in love with a purpose. You deserve to live and be whole. Do you have any friends or family that you can talk to and help support and encourage you emotionally and spiritually?
