Hi nice to meet you. This seems a funny choice of words as 'The Blues' are what everyone suffers from time to time. Do you have depression/anxiety? If so have you visited your doctor? These are serious illnesess which often require medical intervention. x

Well I did seek help 3 years ago but realized that it never really goes away ... that it’s chronic

great advice hypercat54.... getting a proper diagnosis gives you a place to start treatment and management of this disease....there is no cure.... but we can find a way to manage our lives and cope with our stuff..... I find sharing here with these people amazing...they are a great support group....

Hi!! I agree with hypercat54. Have you sought medical/counseling advice? I remember when I thought I was just sad for while, but I had severe/clinical anxiety/depression. Or, have you sought to go to a counselor? Hoping you start to feel better! I know how rough it can be.
